Dish little known outside of Andalusia, was invented many years ago to preserve tuna and in present time is still being prepared due to its exquisite taste and nobody should miss tasting it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The company was established in the heart of Barbate in 2002, a fishing village, which enjoyed its best moments thanks to the sea, as well as the saddest ones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
