Made in an artisanal manner using seasonal fresh fruit cooked in sugar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With over a 70% fruit content, it undergoes a careful pasteurisation process to guarantee the conservation of all its proprieties, after being put into jars. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This marmalade presents an exquisite texture and authentic flavour.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Exceptional in breakfast as well as to accompany numerous cakes. Try it with salmon, pork ribs and other meats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La Molienda originated between 1987 and 1991 from a sociocultural animation experimental project of the Juvenile Association Ben-Uri<\/span><\/p>\n

In this associative environment of caring for the common good (a concern for the future of the youths in rural areas), a period of research about the possibilities of creating a social cooperative company with any kind of professional activity was initiated. The idea was to make use of local resources, and would result in the creation of Molienda S.Coop.And. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is located in one of the most spectacular Andalusian landscapes, Genal river valley, in the beautiful village of Benalaur\u00eda.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
