Organic Ronda Red Wine Jam from Andalusia<\/span><\/h3>\n

Delicately sweet jam but with all the wine flavour, made using only natural ingredients based on the prestigious organic Ronda red wine, especially recommended as part of dishes like red meats, foie gras, p\u00e2t\u00e9s or with matured cheeses. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La Molienda originated between 1987 and 1991 from a sociocultural animation experimental project of the Juvenile Association Ben-Uri<\/span><\/p>\n

In this associative environment of caring for the common good (a concern for the future of the youths in rural areas), a period of research about the possibilities of creating a social cooperative company with any kind of professional activity was initiated. The idea was to make use of local resources, and would result in the creation of Molienda S.Coop.And. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is located in one of the most spectacular Andalusian landscapes, Genal river valley, in the beautiful village of Benalaur\u00eda. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
