Aged red wine resulting from an intellectual exercise by a wine loving oenologist. A blend of three different grape varieties, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot, which grow, ferment and age for 12 months in French and American Oak casks, all within the Vistahermosa estate, in the Calvario road, between Jerez and Trebujena, in the heart of the Sherry PDO zone with which it shares terroir.<\/p>\n
Garnet-red wine, with medium-high colour depth. On the nose presents fruit aromas, intense, with hints of liquorice, coffee, cocoa and spices. In mouth is powerful, silky, with sweet tannins and toasted notes, resulting ideal with legumes, nuts, roasted vegetables, game meats or even as a dessert with quince cheese or dark chocolate.<\/p>\n
It is the \u201cyounger brother\u201d of Garum Submarino.<\/p>\n
