El Maestro Sierra Fino Sherry is a 100% Palomino Fino dry wine aged in American oak casks following the traditional procedures known as \u201cSolera y Criaderas\u201d, with a minimum stay in cask of 4 years. Its Ageing process is completely natural, based on the activity of the Flor, a film of yeast that develops on the surface of wine while on the cask and gives Fino its traditional pungent flavour.<\/p>\n
Tasting Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n Pale wine, bright straw yellow and limpid. Fruit aromas dominate with hints of almonds and sea breeze.
