A typical fisherman dish. The package contains the three main ingredients: cooked and boneless mackerel loin, homemade fried tomato and noodles. Presented in three different jars and it is only necessary to add water. Serves 3.
Geographical Indication: Barbate (Cadiz)
Ingredients: Flour, Water, Mackerel, Tomato, Pepper, Garlic, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil and Sea Salt.
Allergens: Fish and gluten.
May contain traces of egg, milk and nuts as produced in facilities which might use ingredients mentioned above.
Elaboration : Dismiss mackerel oil. Pour the content of all three jars in a casserole. Add 4 cups of water (using one of the jars). Cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes, stir every now and then to prevent sticking. Taste and add salt as necessary. Remove from the fire and leave it to rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
