Made using tuna chunks cooked in onion sauce, with olive oil, salt and spices creating a delicious combination of flavours and textures.
The company was established in the heart of Barbate in 2002, a fishing village, which enjoyed its best moments thanks to the sea, as well as the saddest ones.
