Arroz caldoso (rice in broth) with red tuna pack from Andalusia.
Typical fisherman dish, offered in a package which includes the three main ingredients: Rice, Water, Tuna, Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil and Sea Salt. Presented in three different jars; Just requires adding water. Serves 3.
The company was established in the heart of Barbate in 2002, a fishing village, which enjoyed its best moments thanks to the sea, as well as the saddest ones.
El Ronqueo, with a dedicated team, is firm in its principles in order to maintain the best quality, keeping the products which Barbate is famous for, but at the same time committed to suggestive and innovative new product lines using modern technology to guarantee the whole process.

Ingredients: Tuna, Red Pepper, Olive Oil and Salt
May contain traces of cereals (gluten), egg, milk and nuts as produced in facilities which might use ingredients mentioned above.

Storage: In cool, dry place.
Preparation: Dismiss tuna oil. Pour the contents of all three jars in a casserole. Add 4 cups of water (using one of the jars). Cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Taste and add salt as necessary. Remove from the fire and leave it to rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
Best served with a glass of Chardonnay Alhocén F.B. 2013 wine and Regañás (Andalusian breadsticks) baked in Wood-fired Oven.
