Delicious sauce prepared using typical Product of Andalusia. The blend of tagarninas (Castilian wild thistle), extra virgin olive oil, bread and tomato makes an ideal side dish to different kinds of meats.
Natural 230g pâté-sauce based on tagarninas (Scolymus hispanicus). Strong but very balanced flavour. Very appreciated either on its own on bread or toast or as a side dish sauce with other food such as meat, pasta, etc. A true gastronomical jewel.

The product is made with wild tagarninas in the artisanal factory of Conservas Cantizano in Paterna (Cádiz) and has been inspired by a “Tagarnina esparragá” stew (scrambled eggs with tagarnina).
Once in a crystal jar, the pasteurization process through which “picarninas” pass, allows the product to stay in perfect conditions for years.
It is a unique local product made in an environmentally friendly manner.
Ingredients: Tagarninas, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, bread, wine vinegar, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, black pepper and chilli. Once opened keep in refrigerator at a maximum of 4ºC and consume within 5 days.
