Tuna loin in lard from Andalusia.
Dish little known outside of Andalusia, was invented many years ago to preserve tuna and in present time is still being prepared due to its exquisite taste and nobody should miss tasting it.
The company was established in the heart of Barbate in 2002, a fishing village, which enjoyed its best moments thanks to the sea, as well as the saddest ones.
El Ronqueo, with a dedicated team, is firm in its principles in order to maintain the best quality, keeping the products which Barbate is famous for, but at the same time committed to suggestive and innovative new product lines using modern technology to guarantee the whole process.
