This slightly acidic cheese, is made traditionally, has a natural rind covered in a thin layer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a yellow firm but also creamy texture.
Producer: El Bucarito.
Matures for a minimum of 2 months in a cellar.
Storage: Best consumed at room temperature. Storage temperature between 10º and 12ºC.
Ingredients: Pasteurised/Raw Goat Milk (depending on the chosen option), Lactic ferments, Calcium, Animal Rennet and Salt.
