These cheeses have been produced from milk renowned for its intense flavour, obtained from 1300 native sheep and 400 native goats, which roam freely in Finca La Lapa.
All these animals are constantly under veterinary control in order to develop in perfect sanitary conditions. Sheep, raised in Andalusia and grazing on the natural pastures from this region.

Best Served: It pairs particularly well with all the organic Holgado products.
