Cervezas Libre Craft Beer from Andalusia, American Amber Ale 100% natural.
This top fermentation American Amber Ale is created mashing various types of malt with water. After malt mashing, the wort is obtained, which is later cooked in order to incorporate bitter acids (hops). Afterwards the wort is left to ferment with yeast, and once finished, a secondary fermentation takes place in a different tank in order to eliminate the yeast excess. The process completes with bottling, where the beer undergoes a third fermentation, carbonating and maturing.
This process provides a 100% artisanal, cloudy and amber lager without any additives, colourings or preservatives. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated.
Cervezas Libre project is strongly committed to social economy and fair trade.
