Comando CrB0 SCA, the cooperative behind Destraperlo beers, results from the convergence of different people’s journeys within the world of beer. Their intention is no other than to live from doing what they like the most, produce Andalusian craft beers and simultaneously find their way into the labour market in this region beleaguered by crisis.
In Destraperlo, they see a different way of understanding and living the economy. In a participative manner, promoting responsible consumption and supporting our neighbours and local producers in order to produce in collective way.
The artisanal aspect of their products and production techniques is their main hallmark. They toast the malts, take care of grinding and boiling, and mix them in the ideal amounts with hops, spices, yeasts and sugar, allowing them to ferment controlling meticulously the temperatures. Once bottled and labelled, a second fermentation takes place. All this happens under the expert supervision of their Master Brewer, who has extensive experience, and enjoys creating and seeking new flavours but at the same time demands of his products the highest quality levels. His constant experimentation, self-imposed standard of excellence and search for new and better flavours will for sure delight beer lovers.
