González Byass recovers the tradition of making red vermouth from historical recipes preserved in the archives of the winery since the nineteenth century. They have also recovered the original label and brand.

"The Cup" was the iron with which Marqués de Torresoto's cattle were marked and the elegant horses three bloods, Anglo-Hispanic-Arab, that his youngest son, Fernando, later developed.

Vermouth The Cup is made from noble sills of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, along with a careful selection of botanicals (wormwood, clove, orange peel, cinnamon, savory, nutmeg, angelica and cinchona).

With a deep spicy aroma, the notes of clove and cinnamon stand out in an elegant final bitterness. On the palate, it stands out for its softness and elegance that recall its Jerez origin.

Variety of grapes: Palomino fino.

Capacity: 750ml.

Alcohol content: 15.5% vol.

Eat preferably cold.
