Applying the concept of zoning, Bodegas Luis Perez produces this wine with tintilla grape that recovers one of the flavors of the lands of Jerez.
This red wine is made with 100% tintilla grape, harvested at night by hand to keep its properties intact. In this process all the steps are valued, from the collection of the grapes in boxes of less than 14 kilos to the selection and the vinification in stainless steel and open barrels. The process of creation of the wine has an aging of about 5 months in wood and an additional aging of 15 months in deposit before bottling.
The nose is very spicy, highlighting black pepper with touches of blackberries and cherries. The palate is smooth with a step marked by freshness.
The perfect madriding occurs with game meats, pork as a feather or prey with wild herbs. It also combines with grilled meats and cured or semi-hard cheeses.
