View: Colourless and transparent. Mixed with water makes a characteristic blueish hue.

The town of Cazalla in the Seville province traces its distillates tradition back into the 13th Century, even though, it was later in the 15th Century when the Carthusian monks provided substantial improvements to the Arabic stills transforming this community into a reference site for distillers from all around the world.
El Clavel has inherited and managed to preserve its magistral formula known as “Angels’ Essence” which together with its artisanal tradition are the core of its products and satisfy the most exigent palates with liquors with the highest standards of quality.
