Cardenal Mendoza Clásico, a Solera Gran Reserva Sherry Brandy is made using the best holandas (wine spirits) and stills, and aged following the traditional procedures known as “Solera y Criaderas”. The Cardenal Mendoza casks, previously used to age Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, constitute one of the most important reserves of Solera Gran Reserva, guaranteeing the brandy age and quality.
