Elongated shape, soft taste and intense green colour. Made in a traditional way.
Verdial olives have an elongated shape and their name comes from the fact that they stay green even when ripe. They admit all kinds of marinades as they take on the flavour quickly. The fruit ripening happens between the end of November and the end of December and it is rich in linoleic acid. A natural way of receiving necessary nutrients while enjoying an exceptional product.
La Ermita olives offers more than ten years of experience using only first class olives and presenting them in the most suitable packAgeing for its distribution.
