Entrechuelos “Tercer Año” Red Wine from Andalusia
Crianza 2012 made by Miguel Domecq’s Entrechuelos winery using 4 grape varieties with harvest, fermentation, Ageing and bottling done in the same estate.
Red Crianza wine, selected by Miguel Domecq’s Entrechuelos winery in its Torrecera estate, an area of great natural beauty and rich in archaeological findings right next to the Guadalete river and very close to Jerez and the Atlantic coast, which results in the genuine character of this most southern European red wine.
This wine pairs well with red meats, semi-mature cheeses and pâtés. Very intense and with dark cherry colour at sight. On the nose fruit aromas and liquorice hints can be noticed. The palate is round, full-bodied, sweet tannins and gentle acidity.
