Young red wine from the Tierra de Cádiz PGI produced by Miguel Domecq in their Torrecera estate.
The young red Entrechuelos Robles 2013 wine is integrally produced in the Torrecera estate, next to the Guadalete river by the Miguel Domecq winery, protected from the levante (east) winds and enriched by the humidity and salinity of the west winds. Conceived as a balanced blend of 4 different grape varieties: Syrah, Merlot, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, and aged for 4 months in French Oak casks and a further 6 months in bottle, this wine is the result of meticulous care starting at the grapevine.
Pairs well with red meats and Ibérico charcuterie. Cherry red in colour with purplish hues. On the nose, initial perception of ripe red fruits followed by salty, floral and vegetable hints. In mouth is sweet, full-bodied and rounded.
