Dry aalted Seaweed Mix from Andalusia.
This seaweed mix is a combination of 3 types of seaweed (Sea Lettuce, Aonori and Ogonori) coming from marshes in the Bahía de Cádiz National Park.
Nutritional value: Dry salting concentrates the nutrients of all three seaweeds in the mix. Iron, Molybdenum, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamins A, B (B2, B3, B12) and C. Rich in fibres.
Presented dry salted, in 200g packages.
Geographical Indication (GI): San Fernando, Cádiz.
Allergens: Does not contain any allergens.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in its package. It is a natural product, does not contain preservatives or colourings.
Best served: Can be cooked directly with salt for recipes such as sushi rolls, lasagne, croquettes.
Shelf life: 9 months.
