Dry salted Ogonori, a red-brownish seaweed, with long irregularly branched shoots.

It has a consistent, elastic and crunchy texture and is harvested in the wetlands of the Bahía de Cádiz National Park. 

Scientific name: Glacilaria sp. 

Nutritional value: Rich in Minerals, Proteins, Fibres, reduced fat content. Recommended in low calorie diets. Sold dry salted in 200g format.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in its package. It is a natural product, does not contain preservatives or colourings.  

Best served: Ideal in vinaigrettes, with legumes, pâtés, broths. No allergies have been described.
