A wine that preserves the essence of the Fino Sherry flavour, a flavour difficult to find anywhere but in the traditional Tabancos, taverns serving all kind of sherry directly from the cask, of Jerez.
El Maestro Sierra Fino Sherry is a 100% Palomino Fino dry wine aged in American oak casks following the traditional procedures known as “Solera y Criaderas”, with a minimum stay in cask of 4 years. Its Ageing process is completely natural, based on the activity of the Flor, a film of yeast that develops on the surface of wine while on the cask and gives Fino its traditional pungent flavour.
Tasting Notes:
Pale wine, bright straw yellow and limpid. Fruit aromas dominate with hints of almonds and sea breeze. On the palate is smooth, short and with low acidity.
