This Jerez-Xérès-Sherry D.O. wine is the product of the oxidative Ageing of Palomino Fino must following the “Solera y Criaderas” procedures traditional to the D.O., always in American oak casks and for a minimum of 15 years.
An ideal wine to pair with aged cheese, nuts, red meats or even on its own. Mahogany colour with amber reflections.

Tasting Notes:
On the nose is warm and round, complex and intense, with hints of nut shells, toasted notes and precious woods. On the palate it is big, well structured, powerful and with full body. Long finish and complex aromas.
