El Maestro Sierra Cream Sherry from Andalusia
A sweet Jerez-Xérès-Sherry D.O. wine, aged in American Oak casks for more than 15 years, using Palomino Fino (70%) and Pedro Ximénez (30%), that once blended age together for 5 more years.

Unctuous, chestnut to dark mahogany in colour. On the nose it has sweet notes of caramel and nougat and hints of toasted nuts. On the palate creamy, velvety, with balanced sweetness, seductive and elegant with a long finish.
