Semi-sweet Jerez-Xérès-Sherry D.O. wine, blend of 90% 15 years Oloroso and 10% Pedro Ximénez that after the blend ages for 4 more years on American oak casks.
Andalusian Jerez/Xerez/Sherry Wine.
Tasting Notes:
Honey coloured, with reddish hues, bright. On the nose has notes of roasted nuts and caramel. On the palate is agreeable, smooth and with good finish.
