Amontillado Monteagudo, named after the Count of Monteagudo, whose estate was part of the winery’s vineyards, leads among the high-end Sherries from Delgado Zuleta. This superb Amontillado, faithful reflection of the winery’s Amontillado “Sanluqueño” style. Born as a Manzanilla, and therefore biologically aged at first, it undergoes then a second stage of oxidative Ageing. 100% Palomino aged for 10-12 years in American oak casks following the “Solera y Criaderas” procedures traditional to the D.O.
