Cream Aranda is a Jerez-Xérès-Sherry D.O. sweet wine result of a blend of Palomino Dry Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. Álvaro Domecq ages it for 10 years in American oak casks following the “Solera y Criaderas” procedures traditional to the D.O., obtaining a mahogany coloured wine, with intense aroma, velvety on the palate and full of nuances. Full-bodied and with a long finish.
