Manzanilla La Jaca is made with 100% palomino grape in the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry and Manzanilla – Sanlucar de Barrameda D.O. following the traditional procedures known as “Solera y Criaderas”, with biological Ageing in American oak casks which transforms a part of fermented musts alcohol into acetaldehyde, providing the wine with a characteristic sharp flavour. Dry and light on the palate with salty scents and a pleasant red straw colour.
