Álvaro Domecq Amontillado 1730 from Andalusia
Sharp aroma on the nose and hazelnut flavour on the palate intertwines characters of both Fino and smooth Oloroso at the same time.
Dry Sherry wine of amber colour, great aromatic intensity which presents sharp notes that remind of its biological Ageing, with almond and wooden notes; it is smooth and dry on the palate with lingering tannins in mouth. It pairs well with medium mature cheeses, soups and consommés, white meats and oily fish.
Álvaro Domecq’s dream brought to life, the exclusive 1730 range of wines represents everything that the winemaker wants to accomplish.
Each bottle is a creation in itself and with each drop, that comes out of centennial reserves, a part of our own history is revealed.
