Geographic location: Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz)
Amiable and spicy with a good acidity on the palate, subtle bitterness on the aftertaste with old wine flavours.
Sherry dry wine, mahogany in colour, with great aromatic intensity, sharp notes of nuts such as hazelnut and smooth palate, slightly dry and very balanced with a lingering aftertaste.
Combines well with many dishes, even though taking into account its complexity and rich hues, this wine is ideal to drink on its own in order to appreciate better its characteristics.
