A wine made with Pedro Ximénez grapes which undergo sun drying, whereby the fruit turns to raisins. It is aged in American oak casks following the traditional procedures known as “Solera y Criaderas”.
Sweet but not too cloying on the palate with a great balance between acidity and sugar, with wooden and raisins hints and long finish.
Andalusian Jerez/Xerez/Sherry Wine.
