Varieties: 

Balsamic Sherry Vinegar Sauce

First balsamic sauce, very aromatic and dense, made with extraordinary Sherry vinegar.

Made using an excellent quality Sherry vinegar, slowly reduced, the sauce is especially recommended as condiment to salads, pâtés, meats and cheeses.

A few drops of this Product of Andalusia in fruits, ice creams and various desserts, provide a special and spectacular flavour.

Ingredients: Sherry Vinegar, Grape Musty Caramel, Thickening Xantane Gum (E-415).

Suitable for Celiacs

Allergens: Sulphites (SO2).

Pedro Ximénez Sweet Wine Sauce

A reduction of a blend of Pedro Ximenez sweet wine and must.

A sauce specially indicated to accompany, decorate and give a distinctive flavour to pâtés, meats such as duck or beef, carpaccio and all types of desserts, especially ice creams and fresh fruits.

Mahogany dark colour, bright, clean and dense. Caramel, raisins, chocolate and pastries aromas in perfect balance with the most classical Pedro Ximénez and Sherry Wine aromas distinguished by its acetic and balsamic notes. Dense and viscous mouthfeel, very pleasant and persistent on the palate, with a blend of raisins and caramel flavours.

Ingredients: Grape must caramel, thickener xanthan gum (E-415)

Oloroso Wine Sauce

A creamy Oloroso Sherry reduction. A dense, slightly viscous product with caramel, old wines, dry fruit flavours, oloroso wine aroma and roasted nuts and wood notes. 

Excellent for decoration and seasoning of fish, vegetables, meat stews and grilled meats and for giving a special touch to other sauces.  

A few drops of this Product of Andalusia are sufficient to give an exclusive and personal touch to any of your creations.

Ingredients: Grape Musty Caramel, Wine Odorous and Thickening Xantane Gum (E-415).
