Varietal Crianza wine from Tierra de Cádiz PGI, made from Chardonnay grapes, by Miguel Domecq in the Torrecera vineyard.
White Crianza wine Alhocén Chardonnay F.B. 2012 emerges as a quality leap of white wines made in this region until now. It is a complex and very elegant wine, swift for the consumption, fruit of the experience of oenologists from Miguel Domecq winery. They perfected the cultivation of Chardonnay grape right next to the Guadalete river.
Surprisingly sweet and persistent for a dry wine it has a smooth taste with a refreshing hint of acidity, and a very long and glyceride aftertaste. Lightly toasted wood aromas on the nose, which together with fruit provide a distinctive experience.
Thanks to its organoleptic characteristics, it pairs well with rice, shellfish, baked fish, medium mature cheeses and vegetables.
