In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD) and its Development Regulations approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December (hereinafter RLOPD) and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter RGPD), Fuego y Sal Sabores Andaluces SL, (Fuego y Sal) informs users of its Data Protection Policy, so that they may freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide the personal data that may be required when subscribing to or registering for any of the Services offered. Except in fields where otherwise indicated, answers to questions about personal data are voluntary.

Fuego y Sal reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new developments or legislative and jurisprudential requirements as well as to industry practices, always taking into account the legitimate interests of the consumer or user. Certain services provided on the Portal may contain particular conditions with specific provisions regarding the protection of personal data.

Confidentiality in the automated processing of personal data of UsersPersonal data collected through the Portal by Fuego y Sal will be treated secretly and confidentially.The personal data collected will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding records of automated processing activities owned and managed by Fuego y Sal.Fuego y Sal will provide Users with the appropriate technical resources so that, prior to providing their personal data, they can access this notice on the Personal Data Protection Policy or any other relevant information, and can give their consent so that Fuego y Sal can proceed with the automated processing of Users’ personal data. The User’s acceptance for their data to be processed is always revocable, without retroactive effect.Purpose of the collection and automated processing of personal dataFuego y Sal, as the data controller, informs you that the collection and automated processing of the requested personal data is for the purpose of managing, administering, providing, expanding and improving the services offered by Fuego y Sal on the Portal at any given time, all of the above based on the contractual relationship you have with Fuego y Sal or your consent. Likewise, based on legitimate interest, its purpose is the quantitative and qualitative study of visits and the use of the services by Users, the design of new services related to Fuego y Sal’s own services and their updates, and the sending by traditional and electronic means of technical and operational information, that related to the specific parameters selected by the User in the Subscription Form, survey forms or commercial or advertising information about the products and services offered by Fuego y Sal or by third-party Collaborators.The User is not obliged to receive the aforementioned advertising or survey forms, indicating this through the channels provided for this purpose by Fuego y Sal in the Subscription Form for the services offered, by means of written communication or directly through the procedure provided for in each of the commercial communications.Fuego y Sal, as a result of the existence of a prior contractual relationship and based on legitimate interest, may send commercial communications, referring to its own products or services similar to those initially contracted with the User, without the need for express authorization or request. However, the User, in any case, will have the means provided above to express his or her opposition to receiving this type of commercial communications.Under no circumstances will Fuego y Sal use the personal data of Users for purposes other than those mentioned above.The User declares that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct, and undertakes to inform Fuego y Sal of any changes that may occur therein. The User has the right to object to the processing of any of his/her data that is not essential for the conclusion of the contract and to its use for any purpose other than the maintenance of his/her contractual relationship.Furthermore, the User guarantees that he/she is over 14 years of age and has sufficient legal capacity to contract the services offered by Fuego y Sal, in accordance with the applicable regulations.Personal data of third parties provided by the User to Fuego y SalIn the event that the User provides personal data of third parties, Fuego y Sal cannot be held responsible for compliance with the principles of information and consent, so it will be the User who guarantees to Fuego y Sal that he or she has previously informed and obtained the express consent of the owner of the same to communicate his or her data to Fuego y Sal. To do so, he or she must inform them of this privacy policy and obtain express consent for the processing of his or her data by Fuego y Sal. The User will be liable to Fuego y Sal and will hold Fuego y Sal harmless from any breach that may be incurred as a result of this fact. Transfer of personal data of Users to third partiesThe transfer of personal data of Users to third parties will not be carried out without the prior consent of the Users. Data Protection Officer). Unsubscribe from the commercial communications serviceThe User has the right to revoke at any time the consent given for the sending of commercial communications by notifying Fuego y Sal that he/she does not wish to continue receiving them. To do so, the User may either revoke his/her consent in the manner described in the previous section regarding the rights of users in relation to their personal data or click on the link included in each commercial communication, thereby cancelling the sending of electronic commercial communications.
