Terms and conditions
12. Shipments
The supplier will send the products to the warehouse of the distribution company, from where the products will be shipped to the address established by the buyer. Each time an order is to be shipped, the buyer will receive an email.
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and will be automatically included in the amount payable. This amount will be broken down in the total at the end of the purchasing process.
The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at the COMPANY, once payment is confirmed, and can be viewed via the link: “My Orders”, from the moment the email is issued. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.
The COMPANY will ask its customers to choose the delivery location, specifying their home, office or centre where they want the product to be delivered. The delivery time ranges from 24 to 48 hours on business days. This time period is calculated in business days, taking into account any holidays that affect the geographical location of the COMPANY. In the case of orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on the day before a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped on the following business day.
The COMPANY will inform the customer of the departure of the order from the distribution warehouse by sending an email. In the event of an error on the delivery date, the responsibility will fall on the distribution company, since it is responsible for the delivery times.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as verified by the control system used by the carrier. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and to make any reservations or complaints that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or if it shows obvious signs of deterioration.
Reservations and complaints must be addressed to the COMPANY by email to the address info@fuegoysal.com which can be found on the fuegoysal.com page .
