Shipping and returns

Shipping
At Fuego y Sal, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within mainland Spain. For smaller orders, the fixed shipping cost is €7.

Shipping to Europe : We ship to several European countries with a flat rate of €15. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, or outside the European Union due to customs restrictions.
Delivery times are 48-72 hours for domestic orders and up to 10 business days for international shipments.

Returns
Due to the control and traceability requirements of food products, we do not offer the possibility of returns or refunds, except in cases of product defects. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team through our contact form or by sending an email to info@fuegoysal.com . We will give you instructions on how to proceed with the return in these specific cases.

Maximum order amount
The maximum amount allowed for each order is €200. If you wish to make a purchase for a higher amount, please contact us directly to discuss custom options.
