With over a 70% fruit content, it undergoes a careful pasteurisation process to guarantee the conservation of all its proprieties, after being put into jars.
This marmalade presents an exquisite texture and authentic flavour.
Exceptional in breakfast as well as to accompany numerous cakes. Try it with salmon, pork ribs and other meats.
La Molienda originated between 1987 and 1991 from a sociocultural animation experimental project of the Juvenile Association Ben-Uri
In this associative environment of caring for the common good (a concern for the future of the youths in rural areas), a period of research about the possibilities of creating a social cooperative company with any kind of professional activity was initiated. The idea was to make use of local resources, and would result in the creation of Molienda S.Coop.And.
It is located in one of the most spectacular Andalusian landscapes, Genal river valley, in the beautiful village of Benalauría.
