- Mouth: The palate is fresh and fine in the mouth, highly unctuous and sweet with balanced acidity and long finish.
Cortijo de Jara wines are made only with grapes from its own vineyards, grown in integrated production, carefully selected, where quality takes priority over quantity, and made in its own winery.
