Gonzalez Byass Oloroso Dulce Solera 1847 from Andalusia
Velvety palate with sweet raisin, fig and wooden and caramel notes, amber and mahogany colour, clear and bright with golden highlights, big and dense, slow flowing tear.
A sweet, but non-cloying and outrageously pleasant wine without losing essence and scents of Sherry.
