Dry Jerez-Xérès-Sherry D.O. wine, 100% Palomino Fino, aged for 5 years in American oak casks under flor yeast and with an additional 10 years of oxidative Ageing in cask.

Tasting Notes:
Old gold in colour, On the nose gives notes of precious woods and roasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is dry, but agreeable and silky. Balanced and generous, with hints of wood and smoky nuances.
